Design and execution of building works to implement the projects called: “Revitalisation of the Railway Line no. 59 at the Polish Border – Chryzanów (S) Section” and “Investment Works at the Border Crossing Siemianówka – Swisłocz Section
INTOP Warszawa Sp. z o.o. as the Leader of the consortium composed of Torkol Sp. z o.o. and PUH Rajbud Sp. z o.o. implements the task called: “Design and execution of building works to implement the projects called: “Revitalisation of the Railway Line no. 59 at the Polish Border – Chryzanów (S) Section” and “Investment Works at the Border Crossing Siemianówka – Swisłocz Section” under the Project called “Improvement of the Technical Condition of the Railway Infrastructure at Border Crossing, Including the Broad-gauge Track””.
The following will be carried out under the contract:
- Track works with drainage, broad-gauge line 1520
- Track works with drainage, standard line 1435 mm
- Engineering structures
- Enclosed structures
- Works related to railroad traffic control
- Telecommunications works
- Power engineering works
The following works will be carried out with respect to the surface works: Comprehensive replacement of surface on the open-line track in line 59. The railway surface on the lines and main tracks will be replaced with a new one, in the form of a continuous welded track (clearance 1,520 mm), made with new rails with 60E1 profile, on prestressed concrete sleepers PS-93S or PS94S or PS09 at 0.55 m with resilient rail fastening SB or W14 and ballast — the scope of works from km 0.00 to km 20.132
Within the track works at Siemianówka station at LK 31 there will be the railway surface replaced with a new one in the form of a continuous welded track (clearance 1435) made from new rails 49 E1 on prestressed concrete sleepers PS 83 at 0.65 m.
The straight turnouts LK59 will be replaced – slip switches 60E1 on prestressed concrete turnout sleepers of the welded type, fixed crossings with a welded nose, with maintenance-free point switch rollers. Also the crushed stone ballast will be replaced and complemented, including horizontal and vertical slip switch adjustment.
We are going to redevelop and repair 13 engineering structures. On one of them, we are going to replace the entire superstructure and rebuild the abutments, repair the main signal box in Siemianówka station and build a new signal box in Zabłotczyzna station.
We are going to modernise 14 level crossings, including the works related to the railroad traffic control system, telecommunications and power engineering to 1 KV.
