Construction of Two-level Crossroads (Road Bridge) over the Railway Line no. 4 Grodzisk Mazowiecki – Zawiercie and Liquidation of the Level Crossing in km: 95.136

Construction of crossroads (road bridged) over the railway line no. 4 Grodzisk Mazowiecki – Zawiercie and liquidation of the level crossings in km: 95.136; 98.564; 142.850; 149.500 under the project “Modernisation of Railway Line no. 4 Central Railway Main Line, stage 2” — TASK 1

This task consists in constructing a road bridge, including embankments and access roads, in Zachorzów Kolonia, commune of Sławno, and the liquidation of the level crossing in km 95.136.

The investment is to ensure grade separation at the intersection of the railway line Central Railway Main Line Grodzisk Mazowiecki – Zawiercie and the existing communal road no. 107309E Zachorzów-Wąglany.

The task scope:

— safeguarding for the work duration and redevelopment of the technical infrastructure (power grid, overhead catenary system, telecommunications system, railroad traffic control system, sanitary sewer system and track),

— demolition of the existing embankments and supports,

— base reinforcement,

— construction of a new road layout including access embankments to the structure,

— construction of the road bridge over the Central Railway Main Line,

— construction of two culverts,

— drainage of the road and the structure,

— site cleaning.

A three-span road bridge with a composite structure (steel beam with reinforced-concrete slab). The total structure length is 134.0 m. The bridge will be situated ca. 30 m from the existing level crossing.

There is a main road section designed of ca. 715 m with the bridge

and access roads from the track no. 1, ca. 310 m, and from the track no. 2, ca. 180 m.
