(Leader), Intop Warszawa Sp. z o.o., Intop Skarbimierzyce Sp. z o.o., PRD Nowogard S.A. we signed the agreement with the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways for the “Construction of the S3 Road Troszyn – Świnoujście, section no. 2 – Dargobądz (with an interchange) – Troszyn”
The S3 express road goes along the western border of Poland and will connect Świnoujście (sea ferry terminal) with the border with the Czech Republic in Lubawka. The S3 section Świnoujście – Troszyn is composed of two implementation sections, i.e. Świnoujście – Dargobądz 17 kilometre long and Dargobądz – Troszyn 16 kilometre long. Dargobądz – Troszyn section continues the earlier Świnoujście – Dargobądz section. It starts from Dargobądz interchange which is included in the implementation range of this section. The section ends with a junction with the ringroad of Troszyn, Parłówek and Ostromice, comprising the construction of the initial (single-roadway) part of that ringroad.
The S3 road from Świnoujście to Troszyn will have two roadways, with two lanes in each direction. The road will be accessible solely from the interchanges, with three ones constructed at Dargobądz – Troszyn section. The local traffic will take place along service roads and grade-separated road crossings.
The stage of designing and obtaining administrative decisions is to last 17 months after the agreement is signed. The building works are to last 19 months. The construction is expected to finish in the second quarter 2024. The investment value is ca. PLN 679.3 million.
